True North Records
Founded in 1969 by Bernie Finklestein and featuring over 550 releases, 42 JUNO Awards and 37 gold and platinum records to its credit, True North is a unique Canadian recording company dedicated to fostering creativity among its artists.

True North is distributed through the IDLA Associated Label Distribution network, whose international physical distribution partners are: eOne in North America; Disk Union in Japan; MGM/Planet in Australia; Southbound in New Zealand; IRD in Italy; Alive AG in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland; Proper Distribution in the UK; and Bertus Distribution in other European territories.

True North Records distributes and markets the following international labels in Canada:

Formed in 1996 by Grit Laskin, Bill Garrett, Paul Mills and Ken Whiteley to create an artist-friendly home for Canadian folk and roots music.

Divergent Recordings (aka DVRGNT) is a new experimental independent imprint based in Burlington, Ontario. DVRGNT believes in a minimal approach and chooses instead to let their artists and music speak volumes on their behalf.

Independent music label specializing in jazz and pop music, based in Burlington, Ontario and founded in 2001.

Canadian independent record label founded in Vancouver with financial backing by brothers Wink and Dick Vogel in 1974, going on to release approximately 15 LPs and 50 singles by 1980. Shelly Siegel was the label's vice–president and creative director.

One of the most successful independent Canadian labels in the 1980s, with multiple Gold and Platinum albums from such legacy Canadian rock bands as Chilliwack, Headpins and Toronto, acquired by Linus Entertainment in 2012.
